Our training

Service Design Courses

We have been organising Service Design short courses since 2011.

We started at Central Saint Martins in London and then moved to Siracusa, Sicily in 2014 creating Service Design South, a new immersive learning experience.
Last edition took place in Catania from 8 to 13 July 2019.

Design and Codesign training

We have a wide experience in delivering user-centred session and co-design training for corporates, digital agencies, consulting firms, public bodies and third sector organisations.

Choosing a bespoke course means that we can design and deliver a training experience crafted around your needs.

We cover Service Design, UX Design, Design Thinking, Usability, Information Architecture and communication strategies. We like exploring common grounds between different innovation approaches, from lean to agile, recognising synergies and differences, we aim for clarity.
